Drop-off Locations
Drop-off and pickup for a game or event taking place at Mortgage Matchup Center is on 3rd St. just south of Jefferson at the green curb.
Drop-off for will-call and ticket office is on 1st St. just north of Madison.
Please note that vehicles cannot be parked or left unattended in drop-off zones.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are welcome at all Mortgage Matchup Center events. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not protected under the ADA and are not permitted at Mortgage Matchup Center. Service animals are defined as a dog, or sometimes a miniature horse, that has been trained or is in training to perform a task(s) relating to a disability.
SENSORY INCLUSION
Mortgage Matchup Center is a proud partner of Kulture City and is a certified sensory-inclusive venue. The arena was proudly honored with the KultureCity 2026 Human Highlight Venue Award for outstanding services provided to guests. Our sensory room is located in the Guest Services Office in the Pavilion, just inside our main north entrance and is available for anyone to use during games or events.
Sensory bags are available to checkout from the Guest Services Office for use during events and can include ear protection, fidget toys, emotional cue cards, weighted lap pads, and strobe glasses.
COMMUNICATION ACCESS
OneCourt Haptic Feedback Devices
The Phoenix Suns are proud to partner with Ticketmaster to provide OneCourt haptic feedback devices. These devices enable guests who are blind or low vision to feel what is happening in the game in real-time through a tactile experience that delivers vibrations to the user's fingertips where the play is on the court. The devices will come with headphones to access an audio feed that supplements the vibrations. These devices are available to check-out on a first-come first-served basis from the guest services office, or you can fill out this OneCourt Request Form.
Assistive Listening Devices
Guests can check-out devices from the Guest Services Office at all Mortgage Matchup Center games and events.
Devices will transmit the local radio broadcast at Suns games and the event sound at concerts and events.
ASL Interpreting
You can request Sign Language Interpreting by submitting the request form located below at least two weeks prior to your event. Exact seating locations will be based on availability and show set up.
Captioning
Closed Captioning is provided for all Suns and Mercury games. You can request closed captioning for any other event by submitting the request form below.
Captions are shown in all four corners of the arena on the display ribbon, or they can be streamed to a device via the Suns & Mercury mobile app or by accessing this page: https://www.nba.com/suns/cc.
Tablets for captions are available for checkout in the Guest Services Office.

MOBILITY ACCESS
Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is offered at all price points on a first-come first-served basis. To purchase accessible seats, please call the ticket office at (602)379-7800. You can check your mobility device in the Guest Services Office, and we can provide a wheelchair escort to/from your seat. If you are not ticketed in an accessible section and need to keep your device with you and please contact the ticket office. Mobility devices cannot be left unattended in a portal or anywhere on the concourse.
If you have difficulty navigating stairs but do not need a wheelchair accessible location, row 20 in the 100 level and row 2 in the 200 level do not require taking stairs.
Wheelchair Excorts
Wheelchair escorts are available to take guests to and from their seats at a game or event. You can request a wheelchair by asking any guest service representative at all entrances or from the guest services office in the main north pavilion. You can also request a wheelchair by texting 602-379-7668 no more than 30 minutes before doors open up until the end of the game or event.
Wheelchairs cannot be rented, borrowed, or operated by anyone other than a Mortgage Matchup Center team member.
RESTROOMS
All restrooms on all levels are accessible, and there are gender neutral/family restrooms available on all levels. The pavilion family restroom is equipped with an adult-sized changing station.

- B-Suites: Hideaway Bar and near suite B14
